For the majority of my life I have done things for people to make them happy or so that they can like me......I realize that all these years later that I need to concentrate on making myself happy and the people who don't get that shouldn't be in my life 💯

Zoloft and Seroquel

I am on Zoloft 300 mg everyday because my OCD intrusive thoughts are that bad and horrible.  I have bad insomnia as well so my doctor put me on Seroquel
